I think it would depend on what year the 4.6 liter would be. The reason that the 95 GT's are slower is because they are so damn heavier than the previous 5.0's but the will handle better than the older fox's. I believe that the 96-98 series mustangs were lacking quite a bit of power, so it would be a tough call on those years. If your 95 is stock and the other mustang is a 99-01 series, you will most likely be in some trouble. Hope this helps!
