I would have to agree. Any
REAL business person knows the value of good quality labour and also understands the benefits of the people within it's organization. After all a company is comprized of people.
Too often the Union digs it's heals in and causes a confrontational attitude that makes business appear to be anti-labour, when infact it's not.
IMO, Unions cause
farmore problems than they are worth. But this is getting off the original topic!
