Look around the injectors. If an O-ring is going bad, fuel can puddle around them. You should check your fuel pressure, too, and see how fast the gauge drops when you shut off the engine. It shouldn't move at all for at least 10 minutes. If it does, you have fuel leaking someplace. Is it hard to start?
