Post Rear end for big power?

I'm planning on pushing near 600hp with my future turbo setup and I want a rear end WITHOUT C-clips that will hold up. Problem is that the car will see 99% of it's time on the street and C-clip eliminators will leak. So I put in a call to the guys at Currie and they told me they could build me an 8.8" rear with 9" ends and all the 9" axle retention hardware, 31 spline axles, a Torsen differential, and 3.27 gears for about $1800 (a complete setup less brakes). This sounds like it would fit the bill very well. What do you guys think? Think that's a good price? Anyone see a problem with using a Torsen differential?
