really, because ford wont contact you, example, my mach-460 cd player just quit on me, aaahhh, i went to my dealer, they asked if i had played any burned cd's, i said - no  , they said ford was having a problem with this, wtf nobody told me, after i left i tried my cd's again, bought from a music store, it was working again.    the cd it quit working on were 2 store bought cd's.
