Default Whatca Drivin?

Torinalth,

Good thing that things worked out. BTW.......Alldata.com has had this problem reported to them and appears on their TSBs for the V-6 and V-8s during various model years. The belt has been reported to slip off the pully when wet.

In the future, a couple things that help us help you.. the year, Make, Engine Type (Displacement/Size in Liters) of vehicle/engine with problem.....

It is always helpful to purchase a Haynes or Chilton Manual for your car. I have one for 1994 - 1999 Mustangs and need to now buy one for my new 2003 GT. My father NEVER let me drive my cars until I "read the manual". It is one of the best books you'll every buy. Knowledge is power!
