I know all about that altitude killing you. I am 4000ft+ where I live and it kills me. Here is a page where you can get conversions at. Just for info, converting your times is this:
11.997 et.
Since I don't know your MPH I can't convert that for you. I don't know how close this is, but I'm sure it's not off by too much. Hope this helps.
