Default Tune-up steps

Forgive my ignorance...was wondering what a good tune-up on a 98 GT (56,000 miles bought with 21,000) would consist of. I'm used to doing these on older 5.0s and Chevys, where things (cap, rotor, etc.) were a little more straightforward.

From what I've been reading on the board, I am assuming a good set of copper plugs are in order, as are a set of wires (consensus here seems to be Ford 9mm or MSD). What about the fuel filter...is it easy to get to? No distributor cap to change but is there anything that needs to be done with the coil packs? O2 sensor? Should the throttle body or anything else be cleaned?

Thanks for your help...don't have a service manual for this yet, but I'm going to get one. I have one for the up-to-1995 Mustangs, which doesn't do much good as far as engine work goes.
