If your Mustang is stock, it's a huge waste of money and time putting one on. You will not be able to control your air/fuel ratio with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator. That is completely in the hands of the computer.

If that's not what you were asking, then it would be a big help if you asked about something more specific.
