Buy from Summit and your looking at only $59 for a Roll bar mount and don't worry about it needing re-certified in 2 years. You will spend the average of $35 plus shipping and a couple of weeks and you will be back to the $59 for a new and they get dirty after 2 years so at least it looks nice again.
