Yes, you most certainly need the sampling tubes, but only if you plan on switching injectors. The sampling tubes basically replace the hot wire in the meter. When you change injectors, you change the tubes to recalibrate the meter. Sounds cool, right? Well...I've heard of this stuff leading to part throttle driveability problems on non-blown cars. Just a word of caution, that's all. I hope your car isn't one of those.
