Yes, you should definitely feel the difference!

Especially since you are going from the stock 2-barrel carb up to a 4-barrel. Does the 625 AFB have mechanical secondaries? If so...you'll be very happy with your set up. I used to have an '84 GT that came with a Holley stock replacement 4-barrel. I put a Edel. Torker-2 manifold on and a 600cfm (I think?) with mechanical secondaries...& I really felt the difference. And that was with already having a 4-barrel before the swap. Tell us how it feels after you swap on the new parts!
