Put the car up on a lift or stands and look at the tail pipe. You will see on the pipe where it rubs if that's the problem. While its up losen the bolts to the tail pipe and the flow tube. Then pull it over toward the middle and have one of your buddies tighten it all down (WHILE you're holding it) This is how you set you tail pipes.

Also, make sure all of your hangers are on so thatit's not swaying while you're driving.
