I had to jack the passener side on mine up quite a bit to get it in. Other than that you just have to pull the H-pipe, steering shaft, dip stick tube, and maybe the starter. It took me about 10 hours with the help of a midget and a contortionist. They usually come with detailed instructions depending on which brand you buy.
