When a car is repoed the bank will sell it in a auction usuly after about 2 or 3 wks and if you dont want to wait that long and your name is on the tital and loan you have 10 days to get your azz to the bank and get caught up on your payments you will have to pay the repo fees usuly and most of the time thay will refinance the loan and at this time you can get her name OFF. if she is your X then you need her name OFF if you are keeping the car.
