There is a plastic "cap" on my supercharger pulley. If I break the cap to swap pulleys, the warrnaty is void. However, I have the benefit of swapping crank pulleys for more psi if I chose to do so.
If it were my 03 Cobra, I'd leave the pulleys alone and keep my warranty until it ran out.
