Hey man, no problem. We'll try to help you all we can.

As for your comment about the shifter shaking - no, mine never did that after my clutch install. Could be that you installed the driveshaft incorrectly. There should be a little yellow (might be really faded) paint spot on the end of the driveshaft near the u-joints (back of car) that will 'line-up' with another marking on the mating surface of the rear-end. (can't remember what's it's called but it's were you insert the four bolts that hold the driveshaft onto). I think the theory is that the driveshafts were balanced and then marked by Ford in order to eliminate vibrations such as you're describing. I may be off base here but it's worth a try.

Other than that, I'm trying to think of anything else that you could have done that would have..........AHHHHH , it's basic, but are you sure that you re-connected both O-2 sensors? That very well could be the problem. Let me know.

Hope at least some of this helps. I've been working 60 hour weeks lately and am very tired and probably not thinking completely clearly.
