Well, the explorer TB is a modifiled version of a '93 cobra and FMS throttle body. I put mine on a cobra intake, but any Mustang EGR spacer will work, you just need to either bore it out larger or buy a larger size.
As for the bracket, i assume you meanthe throttle bable bracket on the intake and on the bellcrank. I swapped throttle blade shafts to a Mustang shaft. I had a spare 60mm TB so i took it apart and used the Mustang shaft with the 65mm blade. I had to use a dremel to enlarge the slots and then installed the mustang shaft with the explorer 65mm blade in the TB. The throttle cabe bolts on the same as stock now. The bracket bolts to either the EGR or a cobra intake if you use it.
As for the 90 degree tube running to the valve cover, i just drilled out a hole to the exact size, and then used some JB weld to fasten the tube to the TB permanently
The TPS was the hardest part. The mustang shaft is shorter by 1/2 inch so i had to trim 1/2" off the TPS mount. I then used some JB weld to shape a flat place to mount it. I slotted the mustang's TPS holes and mounted it. It's a little tricky to set it but it will work fine.
After all that, it's basically identical to a Mustang's TB so it bolts on perfect.
