I have the Ford Racing King Cobra clutch it's great, it comes with a heavy duty pressure plate and it made it MUCH EASIER to push in the clutch. I also put Redline D4 synthetic tranny fluid which is quite expensive but makes an incredible difference. Much smoother shift operation. While you're there you should probably replace the rear main seal ($40) and the pilot bearing ($10) and check the crank as best you can. Good luck
