I had considered the engine moving, mine moves much less than most, but still moves a little. I have a chain on mine. I believe it may crack my head, but so far, it has not (6 years and running). Keeps the engine planted nicely.
But for what little it does move, I thought I would use real thick foam to insulate the seal between the box and hood. Wanted to use a seal like the one on the cowl to the hood, but I am not sure that would be tall enough for the movement of the engine and keep everything sealed up.

I have searched the net for years, and never found anything like that website. That is the only one I have ever seen, but I like it. May utilize one of those setups for my 79 ford truck (460). If there are any others, let me know!!
