Default Dusty Mustang Storage

I washed my car before i put it away for the winter and I usually keep a cover on it the whole time. Yet I started working on the car and have had the cover on it at all this season. There is a pretty thick layer of dust on the paint now and its way to cold to wash the car. What should I do when it gets warmer...is there any special kind of washing procedures to do or anything i should worry about. I wish these damn control arm bolts werent so stuck in there....I might be done by now if it wasnt to cold to work in there.
