When it comes to nitrous it doesnt matter if you have mass air or not.
A dry system is best because a 5.0 intake wasnt design for fuel to flow through it. A wet system is quite a bit more dangerous as far as nitrous backfires and such are concerned.
I wouldnt go over a 125 shot until you upgrade your fuel pump then you can go with a 150 shot.
