Well, I'd have to say the Cobra is more than just a Fox car badged with the Cobra name.
It does have upgraded brakes, wheels and tires, suspension, engine, and drivetrain, plus a very nice appearance package. They are better than the other Fox's, even the Saleen's IMHO, but they are twice the cost too. If he already has extra mod parts, messing with the car just isn't worth it to me.
