It would help to know which cylinder heads you have. But anyway go with regular Motocraft copper plugs. Like ASWSF32C or ASF32C for Iron heads. For aluminum heads usually the AGSP32C will work fine. Yes the copper plugs do not last as long but they will give better short term performance. Remember that "high performance equal high maintinance". Is this a N/A engine or a power adder engine? That makes a big difference in plugs. Is it a Drag race only engine? High Compression? Ect ect ect ect............................................?
