I think I may have solved the problem.. I got to thinking of maybe getting an altenator pulley off of another car.. one with a smaller pulley.. Trying to figure out what car had a smaller pulley, regardless of make or model I came up short... I then thought about a 81 stang I bought for a few parts one time for $50 bucks. So I go to my buddy's storage yard ( Where he lets me set my junk free ) and measure the pulley on my truck with a set of calipers.. Comes to 2.030", So I measure the one on the car altenator and it comes to just over 1.5"s I cant remember the exact measurement but it came to just about 3/4 of an inch smaller. Im gonna put it on this afternoon and post the results.

If this works it will be a CHEAP mod for those with 2 pulley aftermarket sets to get the charge of the altenator and maybe free a few more horses.
