Don't know about that, but it sure makes things easier, and it makes the world a better place. Bush didn't go and start this war because he had some fetish vendeta against Saddam. There is/was a very real threat that had been allowed to linger by the world for over 10 years.
Anyway, if it's true, there will be a lot of happy Iraqi's.
