I wouldn't worry about .60 over if it didn't go through then you are fine for a street setup. My street 351 is 60 over and a sleeve in one cylender and a 175 shot on it. It take the beating and asks for more. If you have the money I would get the conversion lifters with the tie bar (those lifters allow you to run any of the roller grinds for the fords not just the small base circle grinds like drilling and tapping to convert it) and run one of the trick flow cams probhaly the stage 2 by what it seams that you are stating.
