From what I have heard, in some cases the BBK kit has to be cut in order to fit properly. I believe you have to cut the part that connects into the TB to keep it away from the shock tower. Also if your using the bracket that comes with the kit to mount the MAF meter, I would get rid of it. I'm not too fond of the way if makes everything sit.
