Also, the Cleveland and Windsor are 2 completly different engines. Almost nothing interchanges. They do however use the same motor mounts and bellhousings. Flywheels and dampers do interchange but the Cleveland uses the old style 28 oz balance factor where your 94 302 would have the 50 oz. Make sure you get the right one for the C (any year 351W flywheel/balancer would work).
