Yes and no. There's way to many vairables that come into play. If you've built any cars in your life, you know what i mean.
Yes, I have built cars up in the past... below is a perfect example of one You said that there are many factors in building a motor. Yes, this is true. It all depends on your setup and how you drive it. But reguardless of what parts you buy, you still need to spend money just to catch up to me, before I start moding my car.

Just like you, I have spent less money then a new car would cost. I put 10K into my motor, 2K into my suspension, plus 5500 to buy the car stock... and I still have spent less then what a new 03 Cobra costs (about $35,000), yet I have more HP and Torque Can you say the same?

I'm not bashing you, or your car, or how far your car has come from stock performance wise... All I'm saying is I can spend the same money as you and beat you! You might be after getting people heads to turn, I have gotten a lot myself. Thousands of people go to NHRA Drag Races because they want to see the power those cars have. They don't go to see 13 second cars.


This is turning into a ricer vs domestic debate....
(by this I mean tiny motors vs big motors)
