Doubt there's any issues with the computer.... Not that would make you run like that anyways. Although, from personal experience, I can tell you to reset the computer any time you change ANY sensors. Computers are very sensitive to such things and in my experience, it seems sometimes they have a hard time adapting to a new sensor after they're used to the original. I reset my computer EVERY TIME I replace ANY sensor... I just do it the cheapo, easy way...kill power to the battery. Fair warning though...you gotta drive it around at various rpms a little bit and floor it a few times before the computer learns the right way. First few floorings it'll probably be very slow.

Have you replaced your prom chip? That's not gonna be a problem at your level of modification, but I'd say you've got enough done that you could see some extra power out of a new one.
