About a month ago I returned a cam to CROWER CAMS bacause I decided to go with a COMP CAM(I didn't tell them that though).
Anyway, I sent them all the required papers that they wanted in order for my credit card to be credited and NOTHING!!
I called them 3 times on the phone asking about my refund and they said "It will take a few days".
It's been a month now and still nothing!!
Tonight I submitted an online complaint with the Better Business Bureau and discovered that there were other complaints against CROWER about refund problems!!
Is this how they do business with their customers??
What else can I do do get my money back?
I know they received the cam back too because of online tracking.
Will my credit card credit my account if I can prove I sent the cam back?
I'm pretty pissed right now! I will never do business with CROWER CAMS again!!!
