wheel bearing? maybe used or cracked ball joints

could be an aftermarket silencer on the brake pad worn..

sounds a little like my problem i've been having. start off rolling, it kinda ticks, not much a squeal, but a noticible tick.. raise the throtttle to accerate an its gets a lil faster an faster. break, an it goes away? I couldn't realy hear it over my exhaust or cd player but drivin by a large, flat stationary object,(wall or underpass) amplifies the noise.

sometimes after brake jobs, new rotors, or conversions, dealers or shops will put on a/m silencers between the caliper an the rotor, (reduces break squeal I think) the sound I heard was the silencer had slipped off an the brake was clampin down on the rotor itself.
