Yep, everything gets seized together when a vehicle gets a few years on it. My favorites were the front control arm bolts on my '79. Factory torqued to like 200 ft-lb and loc-tited and rusted together. Couldn't get air tools in there, so it took two breaker bars and both arms and both legs working as hard as I could. Penetrating oil definitely helps. Coca-cola actually works to loosen up rusty fasteners, too.
