I've heard of several ways to swap to 5 lug wheels but it depends on which axle you have and what size front rotors you have stock (11" Lincoln Mark VII rotors onto a 5.0L LX or GT will give you 5 lug).

Also '87-'88 Thunderbird Turbo Coupes have 8.8" differentials with 5 lug axles, '84-'86 Mustang SVO, you can also swap any mustang differential assembly from basically any '79+ mustang if you'd like to upgrade (if you have a 7.5" differential).

If you just want the axle shafts with 5 lugs, and you have a 7.5" diff, i heard two either passanger or driver's side axles from a Ranger swap over and are 5 lug, but i don't know about any rotors that would fit and have 5 lugs.

What kind of mustang are you talking about and what rear does it have?
