It's Alive!
I almost forgot to let everyone know. I cleaned the carb, plugs and points on that old Torino donor car. I also changed the oil, I dropped in a battery and poured some gas down the carb bore. It fires up for about 2 seconds then dies. The fuel lines are disconnected because I don't want crap from the old gas tank ruining the engine. I repeated pouring fuel into it 5 or 6 times and it still fires up. Smokes like hell so I imagine the rings are set up. But it lives!!!
