Well, just based on the fact that the Windsor Jr's have larger intake runners and valves, I'd say it would be a fairly safe bet for me to say the Performer RPMs will make a little more power down low.

I can say this......from what I've heard, I think about the ONLY thing the stock cam is good for is low rpm power. Any of the fairly streetable Ford alphabet cams (namely the B and E) suffer from low end torque deficiency...ESPECIALLY the B. However, cams ARE made for low end torque...you just gotta find one. But some of them are NOT the best for power mind you! If you want low rpm torque...look for cams meant for an RV or a truck. I've got a stock Ford Explorer cam for sale. And a B cam too. But that's enough whoring of parts....
