Well, where are you at in tx? if your close by, i should get together with you and see what you got there, i dont want to sound like a know it all........When you changed your timing, did you remove the spout? sorry, but i know people that brought me their car with the timing at 6*....
you said you ran slower with slicks, if you have an aod with a stock stall, that is your culprit, you need a bigger stall converter to take advantage of slicks, the shift kit wont do it.
with the e-cam, you just killed more lowend torque, that you need to get out of the hole on slicks.
If you had a 5spd, and a good 60' you would probaly be in the low 14's..... 14.8's stock 95 5spd........
btw, with stock heads, you wont see any noticeable power with tb's, cams, ect.....good luck
You do have an aod 95, one of the heaviest of the stangs, thats another thing, try and lose some weight out of your car.......
