tell me if I'm wrong, but isn't an EGR spacer the one that goes between t-body and upper-intake when you upgrade to a larger than stock throttle body?? (ie: doesn't really cool down the air?)
what I think you're talking about is a intake spacer (goes between upper and lower?) which cools down the charged air, by adding to the runner length.. a 3/8" I've read/heard is good for a the stock intake cause its got short runners to begin with...
for stock, yes, get a 3/8" FMS one, I've heard an extra 5HP + upto 10 ft/lbs torque can be achieved.. (question is, CAN these #'s be proved by anyone???)
