You need to get some sticky tires for the track Jimmy. Then you'll finally see the times that your motor is truely worthy of. I'm sure you have over 300 hp at the flywheel...and with a little more practice and some better tires...your 1/4 mile times will reflect that. I wonder why the person that built your motor used 30lb. injectors? Strange...
If you stick with those 30lbers. you may want to do what red82gt said and consider a run on the dyno...and possibly a custom burnt chip with those big injectors. I'm usually not a fan of chips...but for your application it may be of some benefit.
