Oook, are you speaking for every city out there? or just your experience?
"proturbo kits" is out of south tx, down here a turbo 10 sec street trim car with a cage, is not uncommon, I do know of one 95 gt 393 stroker twin turbo, that has ran 9.80 without a cage! has a/c and all accessories..... crazy. and some of these guys have been known to clean up streets free of charge after sept 1st that will change, due to stiffer penalties.... then you will get automatic jail time, and loss of license.
