DO NOT set your TPS that high. EVER! That's the quickest way to a serching idle speed, diluted oil, clogged cats, and possibly a damaged ECM. While it is a popular myth that adjusting your TPS that high increases power, there is absolutely no truth to it, and in fact is more dangerous than anything else. Your ECM believes you are driving when the TPS hits 1 volt, and thinks you are idling at anything below that. Setting a TPS anywhere near .99 volts is asking for trouble. There is no noticable difference in performance between .95 and .99, but if you convince your ECM that your driving when you are idling, you begin to have all kinds of drivability problems. Adjust it to .95vdc.

Your IAB could be the problem, but so could the EGR valve. You need to check for codes. Find out what codes are stored, and then do a running test. have a friend help you if necessary. Post the results when you find them.
