Is it a BBK H-pipe? I have one of those and when I put it on, it leaked from every flange that existed. But, I manged to get it properly fixed. The O2 sensor touches the frame, but you have to live with that. It's no big deal really. The easiet way to pull it on is to jack the car up really high from the front and back. Then slide under so your face is under your oil pan. Then put both feet up against the bottom of your car and pull that sucka on! It's almost a deadlift, so you can get a lot of pulling power. It should fit nicely against your header flanges. Then I used exhaust donuts from pepboys to seal the leaks in front of the mufflers. The airtube should plug into the h-pipe. The cross tube should fit one inside the other. Then the clamp goes around it. Hope this helps. Good luck!
