Take off the low-pressure hose (the one that come off as a clamp with a screwdriver).
TRY (as inevidably you'll miss) and aim into a bucket. Once "mostly" drained, cap off the housing fitting. Add new fluid, while the hose is still draining into the bucket. Rotate motor (dont start it, but just crank key for short strokes), as this will pump new fluid thru the rack.
Now attach the hose.
Fill the reservoir.
Start the engine, and turn wheel lock-to-lock a few times to remove bubbles.
Top off reservoir again.

p.s. I highly recommend the Valvoline SYnthetic stuff.
