I've seen that thread elsewhere and the more I read it the more it pisses me off. I think Ebay should be some sort of legally binding agreement...no fine print. Fine print is for the untrustworthy. But that'll never happen. Coupled with that is the fact that they've got some new ad campaign that is somehow able to bypass my pop-up blocker that is SERIOUSLY annoying. Bah...screw 'em.
