If you are gonna spend the money to port the heads you would be better off buying AFR 165 or 185 heads. With a 347 you probably could do the 185's with good results. Even with a fairly mild cam you are looking at over 400hp easy

I will never own a set of afr heads. Trick Flow is the best head for the money. Why would I go buy new heads when I have some that out flow afr's out of the box. AFR inflates there flow no numbers by flowing them with a 4.125 bore.
