I'm running a Tremec 3550 with King Cobra clutch, aluminum fly and Pro 5.0 shifter. Overall, I'm very happy with the Tremec. It shifts crisply and is definitely a more rugged tranny than the T5 - you can just feel the difference when shifting.

Now I just wish I could find a longer handle for my Pro 5.0 shifter - I hate how short it is!
