The oil hole doesn't matter. Some people put them all in the same, when i pulled my stock motor that had never been touched before the factory had put them in different from each other. Oil fills the entire cavity around the lifter so it won't make a diff. The sealant is just high temp thread sealant. go to auto zone or some other parts store and it should be near the RTV and silicone stuff. Just ask them for thread sealant for doing head bolts.
