Along with what ghost said, you can get an NHRA rule book at Summit (2-3 days shipping..... w/o joining any club/organization....). And to be technical, you only need a 5-point cage (that's hoop, two rear bars and driverside diagonal bar-- and that bar can be a swing out if you want, so can the passenger bar if you have a 6-point) for 11.99 or faster for a hardtop car.
