The car currently has a 4 cyl so building a 302 is out, I already have the 351 and it is a Windsor. As for the weight difference alum heads and dumping all the engine control wiring (going carb'd) gets you close to the stock front end weight. A K member with modified suspension geometry will also help the weight distribution, I'm also planing to move the engine back about 1/2"-3/4".
So it will bolt up?
